On Dec 31 I had missed my debit, When I went onto the vodacom website was asked to select a date, the system suggested Jan 14 for payment agreed to selected this. On Jan 13, I had made a payment via Internet banking and sent through proof of payment. After looking at my credit report I found my account reflected as 30 days overdue. Contact Denise via the chat service who was clueless and didn't even know what CPA is? She advised that my account is not supposed to reflect 30 day o/d and also stated that she would call me immediately, NO CALL AS COME THROUGH YET. Secondly I advised vodacom that I had changed my account details in early Jan 2014 to FNB, whilst chatting to Denise, she made me aware that my acc details were not changed, and changed it on Jan 31 2014, this resulted in me having the debit going off my old account, becoming unpaid again and now I had to manually pay again from FNB. Who will fit the bill of R115 as an unpaid bank charge for standard bank. Totally incompetent. Please rectify my credit listing with all cr bureaus immediately & explain to me how you arrive at 30 days overdue, I also want my R115 back or I will contact ombudsman for resolution
