WARNING BEWARE OF VADACOM

This is the second time in 6 months I'm having problems with my account with vodacom
This month my account is double that I normally pay. I've been phoning a couple of times now, They keep on referring me to another department. A guy called Kevin told me that my phone update by itself that is why my bill is so high. This is. And I hardly use that number. If this is not rectified, I will not pay a cent. A few clients have told me that they have been experiencing the same problem. I have 7 contracts with them for 10 years now and it seems that they don't appreciate their loyal clients. When the contracts was upgrated I added a call limit on the contracts what was never done by vodacom. And even last year August when I had a problem they told me they'll rectify it. I'll rather go over to Telkom, as I think the sercive is much better and what I've found out their rate is much cheaper. I just hope everybody will think twice before joining vodacom and rather go to Telkom.
