Contract Cancellation

After cancelling my contract on 4 December 2013 and e-mailing my termination document on the same day (I still have the e-mail as proof, the person assisting was the call agent, Kgomotso) and being assured that there will be no further deductions off my account when following up halfway through January by phoning the stupid call center again, A DEBIT ORDER CAME OFF MY ACCOUNT ON THE 1ST OF FEBRUARY 2014!

I want my money back NOW!!! NOW!!!
