Nashua Mobile
FED UP WITH TRYING TO GET SOME ANSWERS

On 29th Nov 2012, I sent a termination letter of my 3G card via fax and email. I was told my last debit order would be in December 2012. in Jan 2013 Nashua mobile debited my account. I called the service centre in Jan and spoke to Pieter Eillers, I emailed him the letter of cancellation I had send in Nov 2012, he assured me that the contract would be terminated and a refund of the Jan debit order would be paid back. I waited and nothing happened. I then called the service centre again and I spoke to Maureen Ramokane on the 4th of Feb, she cancelled the contract immediately and assured me that debit order payment would be reversed in 4 days. To this day, I have made countless phone calls and left messages but no one has gotten back to me or helped me with any answers as to when I will get my money back which was debited in Jan. I am tired of wasting my energy, time and resources calling the call centre and holding for up to 15min at a time chasing Nashua Mobile for answers.
