Misleading information supplied

After a long time contemplating which new contract to take at the time my current contract expire, I went to Nashua Mobile at Wonderboom Junction, the branch where I do business the past 6 years. (Nashua client for over 10 years)
I have decided to move from Vodacom to Cell C and all paper work were done 10 Januarie 2014. My number was to be ported to Cell C on a new Straight-up 200 contract with additional FREE 800MB of Data.
I have asked the consultant a few times if my current contract will stay active till end of January 2014 as I have more than 600 minutes left on it. Her answers had me believed that I will have till end of January to use the time left on my current contract and that the new one will take effect on the first of Feb. 2014. Happy with the arrangements I left the store.
Come 13 Jan. 2014 my contract was suspended leaving me with no cell service. Went to the shop the following day just to be informed that I'm now on the new contract.
I have lost more than 600 minutes on vodacom which is more than R600.00! No help from the store!
Up to now also no additional Data as per the new contract.
Please Nashua, this is the first time I ever had issues, sort this mess out!
