Dissapointed with FNB

Good Afternoon,

I am currently very dissapointed with FNB as they stated in their add on their website that if you are an existing customer with FNB and have a cheque and credit card account you can qualify for their cellphone and tablets deals. I nowhere saw there that they say one device per client per account. I was interesetd in their Samsung S4 deal and sent a sms with the word data two days later I got a call as the lady wanted to know if I am still interested so I stopped her and asked if I am allowed to take the deal since I already took a ipad deal a year and half back. She said no you are only allowed one deivce per customer. Now my problem is that the ipad is almost paid off and the new device is a contract with Cell C through FNB but ultimatley in my name and I am more than capable to pay for the device. Now I want to know why am I not allowed to take another deivce as I do meet all the requirements?
