On Sunday, 26 January 2014 at 21h00, I phoned Customer Service to block my son's simcard and blacklist his cellphone as it was in an armed. The simcard was blocked (as far as I know) and I was informed that someone from Cell C would contact me on the Monday morning to give me the ITC number I require to report the cellphone at the SAP and to claim from insurance.By Tuesday evening I had not heard anything and I phoned Cell C again and was informed that the cellphone was not yet blacklisted and that someone would contact me on Wednesday with the details. Well, it is now Sunday, 2 February 2014 and I have still not been contacted by anyone!!! This is truly not the service I expect from Cell C whom I have BELIEVED in for so many years! All I want is for the cellphone to be blacklisted and to receive the ITC number. Surely this is not too much to ask?
