I lost my blackberry 8520 sat 16th march 2013, went to the shop on sunday to report my phone and also to blacklist the handset, at the shop they asked for an alternative no where they can contact me in the meantime, the 18th my supposedly alternative no went off, only to find out that cell c has blacklisted the wrong no that im using, since that day been to the shop, phoned on several occasions to let them rectify this blunder they had caused for my life, been promised so many times that the process takes 48hrs to reverse blacklisting of the phone. the 01st april went to the shop again since i had never heard form them, again promised that will receive a call the next day 2nd april, meanwhile my blackberry was never blacklisted, insurance claim never submitted to the relevant partie, was given a cellphone on this date to keep so as they can contack me, never heard from them till today. please intervene.
