I Have tried THREE times to buy an internet installation from these people and have had no feedback and still no installation! The most incompetent MONOPOLY on the planet! All I want is the internet and I'm more than willing to pay for it but these people cant even get the basics right! I have tried Instore Online and via the phone to no avail. I Have also sent 2 e-mails to the complaints on their own website again to no avail. This level of service is why we are still a "Developing" Country with no hope of ever crawling forward.
