INCOMPETENCE!!!

I received an email from Vodacom on Febr 1, at 17.58, stating that I've made a deal request with them. Apparently I applied online for a Blackberry. The email started with the greeting: Hello DFSIOH and stated a reference number. Furthermore it promised a free delivery the next day and ends off with a link to [URL Removed] Everything looks legal.

The problem is I NEVER ordered a new blackberry. This morning I made a phone call to the number given in the email (08217844) and spoke to different people, transferring me from the one to the other department. No one could trace the given information on the email that I received from Vodacom.

My question: who did it, who can lock in on my personal details? NO ONE at Vodacom can give me answers! The worst is that while I still held the line with the last person (Dorcas) she just put the phone down in my ear.

I now INSIST that Vodacon comes back to me ASAP with a full explanation of there incompetence, badly trained staff and give me answers to all my questions. I smell a rat - somewhere there is!!

And don't come back with answers like we will investigate. I want FACTS NOW!!!
