Again a disappointing experience at vodacom!!!
2nd February 2014 I was on my way to get my I pad fixed as I had dropped it and the screen cracked...
Apron my arrival I found one of the employees sleeping in the back of the counter when I asked to be helped the 2 assistants looked at me and said they cannot help as they done fix I pads...(not sure why it's call vodacom repair) I was given a piece of paper with someone I can contact but not sure as to who I should contact but again I should explain what the issue is and they will handle it... this is a pathetic attempt by vodacom to resolve an issue!!
I expect a response from customer care!!!
