After migrating to MTN pre-paid (after a MTN contract of more than 15 years), I noticed my voicemail is not working correctly. I receive a sms stating "The following person would like you to call back" instead of the normal voice mail message.
I went ahead and contacted customer care and they blatantly told me they are unable to help me as I am now a Pre-Paid customer, I need to phone 173. This number is an automated service which does not help my issue in any way. I find this lack of service quite disturbing as I have been with MTN for at least 15 years now.
