Vodacom doesn't deliver services you pay fo

Besides the shocking dropping of call which everyone complains about, I have to phone Vodacom to manually input my voicemail pin in order for me to receive voice messages. I have been a loyal customer for well over 15 years yet the red tape to sort out this problem will no longer be stood for.

I stopped using my voicemail over 3 years ago because of this technical glitch on their side, and now that I tried to get my voicemail up and running again which I need for business, I notice its not fixed and now I remember why I stopped using it in the first place. Imagine having to call vodacoms 111 service to make them reset your password manually EACH TIME you want to get your voice mail. What a laugh. I asked to get out of my contract since I am paying for a service which I don't get (voicemail). Forget about the fact of their pathetic congestion ratio's. so now they want me to pay in for canceling the contract early. What happened to that credit act. I am going to find out!!! I am infuriated. PATHETIC
