UNAUTHORISED CONTRACT

IN NOVEMBER 2012 I HAD PURCHASED AN INTERNET USB STICK THAT I PAID CASH FOR AT THE STORE.AT THE END OF NOVEMBER WHEN I HAD RECEIVED MY TELKOM BILL I NOTICED A CONTRACT FOR THE INTERNET DONGLE BEING ADDED ONTO MY HOME LANDLINE ACCOUNT.THIS IS ILLEGAL OF ADDING A CONTRACT ON MY NAME WHEN I DID NOT AUTHORISE ANY CONTRACT.I HAD BEEN TO THE BRANCH WERE I WAS TOLD THAT IT HAD BEEN THE AGENTS FAULT AND THAT TELKOM DOES NOT ALLOW THEM TO CANCEL OR DELETE A CONTRACT ONCE IT HAS BEEN APPROVED.HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE IF THERE ARE NO DOCUMENTATION STATING THAT I APPLIED FOR A CONTRACT AND I HAVE NOT GIVEN ANYONE AUTHORISATION TO APPLY FOR A CONTRACT ON MY NAME.THE AGENT DID TELL ME NOT TO WORRY AS HE WILL SET UP A DIRECT DEBIT ORDER FROM HIS PERSONAL ACCOUNT TO PAY MY TELEPHONE BILL AS IT WAS HIM THAT MADE THE ERROR.NOW EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO CALL THE AGENT TO PAY THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT ON MY TELEPHONE BILL, I AM NOW REGARDED AS A SLOW PAYER BECAUSE OF AN ERROR MADE BY TELKOM.I CANNOT SEEM TO GET HOLD OF THE MANAGER OF THE STORE AND A LANDLINE NUMBER THAT I TRY TO CONTACT HER ON NEVER EVER GETS ANSWERED.IF I AM NOT CONTACTED AND THIS PROBLEM NOT RECTIFIED I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE PRESS...
