Thank you for nothing MTN

I noticed on the 28.06. that I can not access my voicemail (pre paid service) which was unfortunate as I could not listen to the 29 birthday messages left there 2 days later nor say thank you to the senders.
I then reported the incident to MTN on the same day and again on the 01.07. and 06.07. on all occasions I got the resonse "We apologise for any inconvenience experienced. We are currently experiencing a technical difficulty and our technicians are working on having the problem fixed as soon as possible, Your voicemail will start to function correctly and you would not need to adjust any settings."

As of today the voicemail service works again! WoW! 10 weeks to fix the problem, only! And not even telling me!
Thank you MTN for 2 missed interesting job offers and 1 missed order in my voice mail. Thank you for making me look unprofessional in not responding to the messages left on my voicemail.

MTN? Stay away from it!
