I sent in my blackberry 9900/Smartphone for repairs in the first week of january because the scroller was not working. I collected it yesterday morning, 01/02/14

I was never supplied with a loan unit I had use my old phone
The first thing I noticed my phone was that the botton metalic panel was never replaced properly when my phone was dis menteled abd put back together now I have 6month old handset that looks like some old broken phone. I was told by easgate tht it will take another 21 Working days to get it fixed. In the mean time what do I do? Wait another 21 days to get the phone fixed this when u realise that its *cellc for themselves* the look out for number 3 cause they will never be at number 1
