I took my phone into the MTN store in Greenstone Shopping Centre on the 24/11/2013, I was experiencing numerous problem with my Samsung S4 and it advanced to the point where it wasn't usable anymore. A guy by the name of Sifiso booked my phone for repairs and advise me that I qualify for a loan phone. On the 08/11/2013 I took my phone into the store again has I was experiencing the same problems has before. Today is the 11/12/2013 I called the insurance company on Monday 09/12/2013 and was advised that I will not receive a loan phone if I don't hand in my phone in directly with the insurance department. On Monday I then called the manager, Rani, at MTN Greenstone and asked for my phone to be delivered to me because I was given the incorrect information by Sifiso and I don't have the time to come and pick up the phone. She advised me she will ask him to deliver my phone to me the next day. My phone has not been delivered to me till today 11/12/2013. I tried calling the MTN store this morning a number of times and they answer the phone and then cut the call without saying anything.
