We have a contract with Cell C and took a blackberry handset with the contract, recently the track balll on the handset stopped working. I went to westgate Cell C to get it fixed. There was a lady sitting by a computer and a man standing next to her that weren't servicing anybody so I walked up to them for assistance. The women blatantly ignored me even though I greeted. I told the gentlemen the track ball is not working. He said it takes a minimum of 3 weeks if I hand it in to fix. I asked if there was a loan phone as I am a working mum with no workline and its the only way my kids can get a hold of me and he said there's none, I asked if the 3 weeks could be sooner he said no I must join the club as he already has taken 8 blackberry handsets already, I then asked if someone in the store can fix it he said I must take it to nashua mobile and pay R150. I was so outraged by their lack of service I left the store. I want my phone fixed as I am paying for a service and not in 3. weeks I want it fixed now.
