I bought a Samsung S4 in August, it has stopped working. it does not even start. I went and bought a new charger at great expense as i thought it may be the charger but it still does not charge. I took the phone back to the cell C store i bought it at and was told hand it in, it will take 21 working days, i asked for a loan phone and was told sorry they do not do that any longer. So i must be without a phone for more than a month because of shoddy workmanship. Another alternative is i can take a morning off work to go to the samsung office at my expense to get it fixed faster. How can you sell such a high value item and have such after sales service.
I would like a refund, replacement of the phone.
