After beong woth vodacom for more than ten years. Havong to renew my contract on december they told me that i can olny upgrade in feb. This was then 26 months. They canceled my bbm after i stopped my contractfor end march. Now they say i jave to pay a penalty fee if i want to stop the contract, but i dont get airtome or bbm service that is part of my contract. It was not my misyake and now i cant use the phone. Im not going back to vodacom and will be moving all contracts in the family to another network.
