My contract sim got damaged and I wanted to do a sim swop, thinking this would be a walk in the park I contacted the call centre and was told I will be contacted withing 48 hours. I have given them all contact details that was needed and I let it be... Wensday I contacted them again and said I'm still waiting for their call and according to the lady that helped me the sent a sms to my sim (that's damaged) I should contact them... she promised I would get a call within the next 4 hours to complete the swop... I contacted them AGAIN this morning and I must say I'm not a happy chap, what if that was a business line and I NEEDED that sim swop done ASAP!!! still till now I haven't recieced a call from this stupid network and I so regret not changing to Vodacom!!! Can they please respond on their pathatic service they give!
