Still no feedback

So after my first complaint of vodacom opening a new account on my name without my knowledge, I got a response to submit documents to them which included a copy of my id and affidavit ect. I was told the query was logged and it would take 10 to 14 work days for a response. Now 16 days later still no word, with a extra R700 that will be deducted from my bank account without my permission. Total of moneys subtracted wil then be more than R1000. I think if I still get no response from vodacom by next week I am going to open a case with the police. I am really sick and tired of this company's bad service.
