My contract expired in Sep 2013 and I asked that it be cancelled 8 Sep 2013 14:28 since I have had countless problems with MTN and wanted nothing more to do with them. 4 months later and countless complaints to their customer care they have been R228 pm from my bank account and in Jan 129. I want the money paid back into the account they it from. I would also like to know where the R228 came from since the contract was for a tablet on topup and the contract was R199pm until Sep and then they were not suppose to deduct ANYTHING. MTN is probably the worst cell company in SA.
