Have been charged for data though I have BIS

Dear Pieter Uys,

I hope you have been well.

I feel a little cheated. I only noticed now, but for months now I have been charged around R80 to R100 for data usage on my cell phone contract even though I subscribe to BIS which includes the basic data, I dont download music and youtube clips and only use Facebook and Whatsapp and basic browsing. So what is the point of paying BIS but then being charged R100 for data.

I trust that the R100 charges that have been charged to me for the past few months all be refunded to me. It seems to go back to the start of this contract.
