Mira Networks Billing Cell C data sim

I have 2 Sim card with Cell C, the day I purchased these sim cards, I found that they had been recycled, and the numbers where already subscribed to some content services, I quickly called Mira and had the numbers unsubscribed, I also asked them to put a block on these numbers so that they would never be listed again, which they said they did. That was almost 2 years ago. Today I notice that my 3G Cell C Sim has been subscribed to Mira028 for the past 2 - 3 months??? Please can someone from Mira explain how this is possible? I have emailed Mira and Cell C, I am sure Cell C's response will be to call Mira Networks, and Mira will say that I will need to prove that I did not send a confirmation SMS. Well its a DATA SIM, it does not send SMS's!!! Please contact me for the numbers, as I will NOT post them here. Regards,
