Premature Settlement Nightmare

Afternoon. Mid July i asked for a premature quote from Vodacom and they supplied me with one for R5058.07. Without acknowledging receipt or signing it, i went about planning a payment plan for myself.
I made deposits as follows
15 Jul -R3000
26 Jul - R500
05 Aug - R1506
In total = R5006
And yet on the 06th Aug when i request a new premature cancellation quotation, It says my Payment Due= R 2388.74. Which is impossible, Yes it may have changed, but surely not by this much money.

Since the 5th of August i have been trying to get this matter resolved to no avail. I call almost everyday and the agents tell me that they will contact the accounts department and someone will get back to me... i have never received a call form any of them.
I have signed the initial Premature quote, emailed it back, because i was being told that they cannot assist me without me signing the quote, even the quote i signed i have no certainty if it is correct or not... Yet still no-one gets back to me.
I am running out of ideas here
