Since the 19/01/14 I couldn't receive sms's, I've done all their checks and even gone as far as to do a sim swap, I accepted their timescale to fix the fault and when the timescale lapsed I call in to be told that I was sms'd to say the fault is fixed. I was passed all over the show, calls were droped on me, with attitude was told, that by one of the agents pretending to be a manager that I will just have to accept. They don't have customer handling skills, no soft skills, the important things to keep me informed.
