What is going on???

I contacted vodacom on `12/04/2013 to find out what amount is to be paid for a premature cancellation for the contract. They immediately responded via e-mail regarding the premature cancellation fee. on the same day I went in to the bank and made a cash deposit into the account number that was given to me, and also faxed through the proof. From the 30th of April my BIS was deactivated giving proof to me that my contract has stopped. but trying to buy the BIS service through prepaid method, the service tells me that it is only available to prepaid customers. I phoned the call center, they told me i must just give it a day or 2. now a week later i still don't have BIS, called the call center again and now they tell me that the contract is not cancelled. so what is going on no??? if the contract is cancelled, why cant i buy BIS??? if the contract is still going on, why is the BIS not activated like it was the last 23 months and what did i pay the premature cancellation fee for??? really poor service and nobody can tell me what is going on. fed up with vodacom and will not use them in the future nor recommend them to anyone!!!
