A week ago I reported my 10mbps line running at 3mbps to Afrihost. The line was restabilized at 5mbps and a fault reported to Telkom, who called and said that a technician would be sent to my premises. No-one came, so I called Afrihost again, was told the fault was still open but that he (I didn't take his name, unfortunately) could not resych my line above 3Mbps. When I asked for a supervisor, I was cut off. Immediately called again and was answered by NOKUTHULA, who resynched my line to run at 5Mbps(!), but told me that the previous fault to Telkom had been closed!! Again I asked for a supervisor and was told that all were busy. I asked for the name of a supervisor and was told "there are too many". By now I'm angry - if there are "too many", why couldn't she get one to speak to me??? I told her to get one of the supervisors to call me as soon as one was available. At this point, Nokuthula simply cut me off... FRUSTRATINGLY POOR SERVICE!!!
