We requested a quote for a Diginet line in December but as it was holidays nothing was done about it. We emailed Kedibone Christina Tshukudu in Sales to advise if the quote was still valid and got the following response:
"If quote signed and pricing did change I will informed you. If quote not signed before Friday forget about doing another quote for you, this is the second quote I done for you was done for you."
I have never come across someone so rude when I am trying to take out a new service! Telling me I can forget about getting another quote!! and only when the quote is signed will she then tell us if the price has changed. Is this how you do business Telkom?? Im not applying for a home ADSL, Im applying for a Diginet line - you would think I would get better service than this??!!
