A upgrade was done on one of my accounts. I notified Vodacom on 15 October 2013 about it. Since then I paid for 3 installments before they stopped it (for which I have not yet been refunded). In December I receive a statement for R4000 for the handset which, as per Vodacom, was done!!! Every time I phone, every 7-14 days (the period they tell u it takes to pass the credits) I get told to wait 7-14 days as they are logging a request!!! How many requests does it take to rectify the same problem. I can not upgrade one of my accounts due to an outstanding amount of R4000 on my account. I get told to be patient as another request gets logged! They refuse to give you the names of any supervisors or to put you through to a manager. This is then worst service provider ever!!!
