WAITING FOUR MONTHS FOR A STATEMENT

After waiting for mre than a month to get my phone delivered, receiving the correct phone with incorrect package as to what i was told i would get. Now having to wait more than 3 months for a statement, and after caling in several times requesting a statement/bill still no luck, had to confirm my email address hundred times with different agents, still nothing. I received 2 phone calls from VM agents, wanting to confirm whether i am happy with the phone and even gave emal address to them for statements, still nothing.. Why cant i receive a statement? Sounds dodgy, been paying for almost 4 months wihtout one single statement!!!
