Lets talk about service provided .. or the lack of... calls taking 6 months for a director to call me "This is a sign of disrespect" accounts issues every month but still not resolved and its 6 months later... technical services 2 months Still not resolved... Charged for services I do not have... downgrade my service because they can not get the line working .. and then still charge me for the full service and not the downgraded service... put the phone down when they can not resolve an issue... wait for a manager 39 minutes to answer a call... and generally get the run around because no one want to deal with the issue and conveniently just drop the line... I am also amazed when requesting from switchboard a director you go into the support queue... I take it that the director has realised that the support staff can not handle the calls so they now doing it... there switchboard not working... mail boxes full... is this what is expected from Afrihost
