Deceived by MTN just for sales commission

I wanted to upgrade my MTN cellphone contract recently. I normally do it on line. I emailed Shaun Lutchman numerous times & he ignored my email. It was only when I got really & off & emailed customer care that he bothered to assist. He can be contacted on 0832005717.Shaun sent an email stating that due to his bad customer service he would arrange for the upgrade fee to be waived & include a one month free subscription on the new package. This was on the 13th of January. I HAVE THIS ON RECORD FROM SHAUN LUTCHMAN, BY THE WAY. He asked somebody by the name of Joshua Wernberg to call me on the 16th of January &; I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE WAIVING OF THE UPGRADE FEE & THE ONE MONTH DISCOUNT. Joshua said he knew about it. SO WHY THE IS MTN BILLING ME BOTH FOR THE FIRST MONTH & THE UPGRADE. I have tried calling the head office myself to enquire, but they keep cutting me off. I WANT A CREDIT NOTE FOR THE ABOVE DONE TODAY OR I WILL STOP THE DEBIT ORDER TO MTN BY TOMMORROW. MTN, PROMOTES BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS MY LAST MTN UPGRADE AS I WILL BE MOVING TO A MORE DECENT SERVICE PROVIDER. SORT IT OUT NOW.
