Dear MTN
Please assist us in Somerset West with Cell Reception. Since November 2012 we've been having issues with cell reception. I've contacted your cell reception helpline 0839001212 twice now but everytime I end up with a useless sarcastic person that does not understand english.
Your service is shocking, I have 3 contracts with you and 'm not benefiting from them at all.
I need urgent assistance regarding this, Im not the only person in that area complaining.
Please contact me, send a engineer but do something.
