I changed my tablet contract to a 2Gb top up in Sept already, now 4 months later still its not sorted out. They keep telling me they are sorting it out which is not happening. They ignore my calls. Now they want to take my debit order off and refund me next month. This is not my problem dont know what to do anymore. How long do they take to sort out a problem? I am cancelling my contract with them when my contract expires. This is not even the 6th problem i have had with autopage. There client service is NON existing! Hopefully you can sort something out with them...
