On 31 July we cancelled our lines by emailing [Email Removed] and [Email Removed]

We submitted all the documentation we were requested to send and the line shave still not been cancelled.

Please tell us what we must do to cancel these lines.

We have been invoiced R2k for services we are not using and have cancelled.
