I have been asking Telkom to cancel three lines for my business that do not exist anymore after we moved premises 3 months ago. I have been emailing the request to [Email Removed] for the past 3 months, this has included the letter on my companies letterhead with my CEO's signature for confirmation of cancellation as well, I have also received read receipts but nothing has been done further Whenever I call the cancellation department I end up waiting for 20 mins for someone to answer on 10210 but I can not sit and hold for the entire day. Telkom has been charging me for these lines now and I want these lines cancelled immediately and I want a refund for these 3 lines as well.
