Money for what?

Took my iPhone in to RT Cellular 6 weeks ago for a new screen. They then told me I would have to replace the Home button soon. Got the phone back. Didn't work. Took it back, told them to sort it out and fix the button at the same time. Cost me R280 for the button and they didn't give me a receipt for the button (got one for the screen). From day 1 I suspected they hadn't done anything with the button. It was NO different, but we went on holiday for 3 weeks. It stopped working completely yesterday. Took it back and they said it needs a new button. Told them they must fix it then because they "replaced it" (yeah right) 6 weeks ago. They fixed it, claimed (upon fetching it and without first telling me about the additional charges and getting the go ahead) that there was something missing from the power jack (inside, where they are the ONLY people who have ever worked on the sealed unit), and charged me for that and the button. Would not give the phone back without payment. Spoke to the owner, told him his staff are from not only him, but his customers, but he did not care. Oh, and the button that went in unscratched is now scratched badly in two places.
