VODACOM LTE SERVICE ISSUES

TWO ISSUES: 1ST ISSUE: I PURCHASED TWO GALAXY NOTE 3 CELLPHONES FROM VODASHOP GATEWAY ON 28/9/2013. 1ST HANDSET WAS DEFECTIVE. CHANGED IT OUT NEXT DAY. BOTH HANDSETS - LTE DEVICES -CANT SEND AND RECEIVE MMS. VODACOM CANT SORT OUT THE PROBLEM. THEY REFUSE TO SWOP OUT THE PHONES FOR NON LTE DEVICES.

2ND ISSUE: DURING MY COMPLAINTS SOME PERSON IN THE VODACOM ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT DELETED MY LOGIN PROFILE. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS THEY GAVE ME A REF: NO. EC-ZHCI-2OCGE9 ON THE 17TH OF DECEMBER 2013. PROMISSED 24 HOUR TURN AROUND TIME WHICH TOOK UP TO THE 28TH OF JANUARY 2014 TO BE ANSWERED. STILL DID NOT SORT IT OUT. I HAVE 8 BUSINESS LINES ON CONTRACT AND 9 PRE-PAID NUMBERS THAT I USE IN OUR BUSINESS. I STILL CANT MANAGE MY CONTRACT NUMBERS AS MY PASSWORD WAS CHANGED BY SOMEONE. I AM TOLD TO RE-REGISTER BUT DOES NOT WORK BECAUSE MY PRE-PAID NUMBERS IS ALREADY ON THE SYSTEM.

I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER REF NO: S3-04H2P-P2S59 YESTERDAY AND WAS TOLD IT WILL NOW WORK. IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. I RECEIVED A SMS FROM CARE DAIYAAN ADAMS WHICH CLAIMS THE LOGIN PROCESS IS SORTED OUT. STILL DOES NOT WORK. I HAD TO RATE THE SERVICE 1- 5. I COULD NOT FIND "0"
