Very disappointed after 1 month of membership!!!

I logged a case on 2014/01/16 Ref No: 7381115 to report that I do not receive network coverage at my work. 2 weeks later and I still have not been assisted. From the inital call, I have spoken to 6 agents and was advised that I would be contacted within 72 hours, I would be contacted by the technical dpt on 2014/01/24 and the last promise was that someone from the technical dpt would contact me latest today to set up a site visit latest tomorrow. None of the above was carried out and I still have no network coverage where I work - which is 8 hours of every week day. What upsets me the most is prior to taking out the contract in December 2013, I was assured telephonically that my home and work had FULL network coverage. Thereafter I checked the website, inserted the 2 addresses and it too stated that there was Telkom Mobile Network in both places. I cannot understand why it is not priority to assist your clients, I pay for a service and you are my Service Provider. I have requested this to be escalated, even spoke to a team leader and yet still have not been contacted or assisted. If I knew the terrible service Telkom mobile provided, I would have thought twice before signing up!!!
