After trying to call Telkom cust.care 3 times and the line just dying after choosing 92 options and finally just choosing random options the line at least doesn't die waiting for the consultant, but waiting for their so called consultant I say die of old age, what I don't get is that a specific path of options have you listening to music and lovly lady saying... we are aware of your call.. them after waiting 10 min it just die's, music lovely lady and no consultant, to think I haven't even made the first payment on the product that's how new it is.
