Passing the buck - Require Feedback

I have been without my S3 device since Wed, 21st Aug 2013 (Pre No: PRE 437527), that was the 2nd time my device was booked in for repairs. On Sun, the 15th Sept 2013, I received my handset returned 2me dented, which I reported to the sales consultant. I advised I'll bring the device in on Mon, 16th Sept 2013 where the device was then booked in for the 3rd time (PRE: 444161)& was advised that i'll be replaced with a new handset. From then till now, I haven't yet received a replacement device. There is either communication skills lacking from employees within the store. I constantly visit the store hoping to get feedback. I even escalated the matter to the owner (Muhammed Surti) of the store hoping to get an answer, but no response! I've been passed from pillar to post &was constantly told the courier service (RAMS) is on their way to deliver my new device. Ive been to the store on Fri, 27th Sept 2013 &till date the courier is lost?!! I have no more words to describe how frustrated I am, what compensation do I get from not having my handset for so long? Maybe its not through lack of trying 2ascertain wats going on but if the head office is bull- the Manager & staff bt I want Answers!
