I am angered that I have to come back and complain about this again
CellC delivered the incorrect device to me. I had to complain here to get this resolved. They picked up the device last week.
I am to date have not recived any notification that CellC have recieved the wrong device. And no notification when my new device will be delivered? And I have waited a whole week now???
Cell C I have no words at how dissapointed I am with your service
I am back to point zero with no phone and I have waited so long for me new device
I will never use Cell C direct again, your service!!!
Please fix this now. I want my device now!!! How hard can this be? I am waiting forever for this!!!
Also I have called your call centre I am still on the line for 22 minutes
