Billing/Migration nightmare

Seriously I had enough of Mtn!! I did an upgrade 1/12/13 to a Top up 200, got my bill at the end of Dec'13 for R813.00, I phoned Nthabiseng (Store Supervisor) at the store where I did my Upgrade, Eventually after many calls and mails to her to find out whats going on with the migration and my bill of R813.00 the migration went through on the 14/01/14. Ok on the 15/01/14 I got a mail from her very "professionally": "Fyi Will be logging the billing query today". I am also in Retail, if I send out a mail to a customer saying FYI... I will be sitting without work because that is not a professional Way to do things. I'm suppose to have a credit on my account because the bill will be sorted out... think again... I got a bill yesterday for R569.49? Seriously! Here we go again.. my Top up amount that I should pay is R369.00!! I know I must pay the once of payment R86.84 for the migration but the Blackberry Internet Service that is still on my bill?? I have a Samsung S4 not a Blackberry, Mtn should know that I don't have a Blackberry anymore because I did the upgrade with them!! Can somebody PLEASE sort this out because Nthabiseng @ Mall of the North Polokwane can't do it?
