Had a chance to upgrade my contract. Went in to a store around the 26th of December 2013 and signed a new contract at Gateway Shopping centre. Was told it would take effect the 1st January 2014.
Guess what... migration failed. I've been battling since then to get the migration sorted. The customer care dates just keep dragging forward and my bill keeps running up. The new contract should have covered my costs... Now I've almost reached my call limit! Weekender to Smart M at R179pm. This is nonsense. Please sort this out now. I am really disappointed with the way this case handled. Please assist.
