After standing in front of a queue in Cresta MTN for 25min I requested a written quote for a Samsung S4 for insurance purposes as my phone (new only 2 mnths old) was on sunday and my insurance requested a quote. The gentleman who helped me seriously didn't have a clue what to do so said we don't do it. last time he did it on his PC it didn't work. So I asked for a price list... sorry he said not our policy to do that. So he preceded to start some online insurance thing and now wanted all my phone details. Sorry... I only want a new phone... what it would cost... in writing... sorry no help. So I went to Cresta Vodacom and in 5min had a written quote... now I can go ahead and have my claim processed!
