Useless call centre and service

I called the Miway insurance department to get a quote for my son to get insurance for a scooter. I was on the phone for nearly half an hour and repeated the details at least 5 times to the guy in the call centre. He kept on putting me on hold. this was after being put through to 3 different people. After finally giving him all the detials he asked me to wait to speak to the head supervisor to get a quote. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I finally spoke to the supervisor who then proceeded to tell me that she had to go through the underwriting. I said, i just want a quote. She then said she needed the licence of the bike which i didn't have. She said that she couldn't give me a quote with out the licence. What a load of rubbish. So i put the phone down with out getting a quote.
