I am absolutely disgusted at the service I have received from Cell C. I called in the 28th March 2013 advising cell c that my banking details needed to be changed. I was assisted by a lady who said to me not a problem and took down my new banking details and advised me that my debit order would only be going off at the END OF APRIL 2013 and that I should pay my account directly myself as it was too late to take it off the new account SO I DID THAT AND PAID THE ACCOUNT MYSELF VIA EFT. Cell C proceeded to debit my account at the end of March and I paid the account now there is a credit and I am trying to get my money back. I called once again today and spoke to Keenan Gallan not sure where he is based but he is a supervisor. He called me back at 09h15 to tell me he was checking into my query and would call me back. It is now 15h44 and still not reply regarding my refund. you call the call centre the agents ask you the same questions all the time and don't even know how to find Mr Keenan Gallan or transfer you to him. WILL SOMEONE FROM CELL C CALL ME AS A MATTER OF URGENCY REGARDING THE MONEY YOU OWE ME 0748972637
