Incorrect process followed

Me, Myself and I took out an account with Edgar's, I am not married nor have I given anyone one else authority on my account.

I gave a cell number and if you attempt to call me and there is no answer the phone goes to voicemail - after the voicemail you leave a message for me to call back - don't go to the telephone directory and trace family member to discuss my matters with..

Some stupid from your collections department calls my sister - don't know where the you got the number from and tell her that my account is arrears... it is not her account, the account is my name.

I am not going to leave this here.

I don't think your behavior was ethical...

Please go and listen to the recording and listen to message - I can't even hear the name and the contact number

DO NOT DISCUSS MY BUSINESS WITH OTHER PEOPLE EVEN IF IT'S MY SISTER!!!

DONT DO IT!!!
